The purpose of  Open education is to open more opportunities for learning by integrating  Web technologies. First of all, we will study the main features of Open education, such as the benefits of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Then we will conduct project-based learning. The students will design and carry out their Open education projects.
